Burglar Caught in the Act at Supply Company, Police Say

A stolen car was involved in the incident, police said.

A Pennsauken woman who was driving a stolen car was arrested after being caught burglarizing a business on Springdale Road Wednesday night, Cherry Hill Police said.

Jessica L. Paolini, 29, of the 2600 block of Pettit Road, was caught in the business office of Ferguson Commercial in the 2000 block of Springdale Road, police said, after officers responding to an alarm around 10 p.m. spotted a car with its engine running parked next to the building.

The car had been reported stolen in Evesham Township earlier Wednesday, police said, and Paolini, who fought with officers when arrested, had grabbed about $2,000 worth of stuff from the business before getting caught. The stolen items were recovered at the scene, police said.
