Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

Cherry Hill residents had to raise money to sue the Cherry Hill Zoning Board to overturn variances granted to build 152 luxury apartments at the old ProBuild (Haddonfield) Lumber site. 

Cherry Hill residents are unhappy about the possibility of housing being built on the pristine grounds of the former Woodcrest Country Club.

Cherry Hill residents are distressed over the proposed redevelopment of the Victory Refrigeration site at 110 Woodcrest Road. 

High taxes, more traffic, a stressed infrastructure – these are some of the concerns expressed by residents who want a voice in what happens in and around their neighborhoods.
