Specifically for entrepreneurs, this presentation will explain the importance of hiring well and emphasize the cost of making hiring mistakes. Attendees will discover ways to attract people to small entrepreneurial companies. You will also learn specific interview questions to ask potential job applicants and how to interpret the answers.
