'Super' Squibb Favorite at Wing Bowl 21

94WIP releases the odds for this year's contest.

Three-time champ Jonathan “Super” Squibb, of Winslow Township, is a slight favorite against five all-stars in the overall challenge at Wing Bowl 21, while another Camden County eater is a top seed in the local competition this year.

Squibb was pegged at 3-2 odds by WIP morning show co-host Al Morganti, just ahead of James "The Bear" McDonald, of Connecticut, who’s listed as 2-1.

After getting knocked from his throne a year ago by the unstoppable beast that was Japanese pro Takeru Kobayashi, Squibb has vowed to shoot for 300 wings to reclaim his crown.

In the local bracket, Dave "U.S. Male" Goldstein, a letter carrier from Voorhees who got in by winning the wing-off at P.J. Whelihan’s in Cherry Hill, is seeded second at 4-1, just behind Richard “Not Rich” Razzi.
