Flaster/Greenberg Welcomes Litigation Attorney Kate Oeltjen

Flaster/Greenberg announced today that Kate C. Oeltjen has joined the firm as an associate in the Litigation Department. Oeltjen, who will work in Flaster/Greenberg’s Philadelphia and Cherry Hill offices, will focus her practice on commercial litigation, including employment litigation and insurance coverage litigation.

Prior to joining Flaster/Greenberg, Oeltjen worked as a law clerk to the Honorable Gloria M. Burns, Chief Judge, United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey. She also clerked for the Honorable Renee Marie Bumb, U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Oeltjen earned her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law – Camden, with honors, where she served as a teaching assistant for Legal Research and Writing & Moot Court. She received her B.A. from Colby College where she majored in Government. Oeltjen is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts.
