Press release submitted by Forgotten Boardwalk Brewing Company

Forgotten Boardwalk Brewing, a 30 bbl startup brewery in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, is extremely elated to announce the recent hiring of David Bronstein.

David Bronstein has been hired as the company’s Head Brewer. Previously, David was employed for over 7 years at Sly Fox Brewing Company where he spent the last 4 years as their lead brewer.

During his tenure, David was part of the brewing team that won two gold, two silver and a bronze medal at the Great American Beer Festival.

Forgotten Boardwalk Brewing’s owner, Jamie Queli, “finds it as a perfect fit. David started his young career, in 2005, as a bottling line worker in our space which was formerly occupied by Flying Fish. He now gets to return to the space, with a completely new vision, new equipment, and new identity with the highest title.

I am beyond ecstatic as I truly believe that he has the skillset, knowledge, creativity, and drive needed for Forgotten Boardwalk to achieve its goals. He fits perfectly with our company values and integrity.

I look forward to sharing Forgotten Boardwalk’s vision with him by having him design and develop some amazing beer on the 30 barrel system, and letting him getting downright weird and curious with the 1 barrel pilot system.”

David looks forward to joining Forgotten Boardwalk and to take the creative and curious approach needed.

“I am honored to be asked to head Forgotten Boardwalk, it's a dream come true. I am excited for the freedom to experiment and make some great beers that showcase the passion and curiosity that were sparked during my first batch of homebrew,” he said.

Forgotten Boardwalk plans to open in May to the public but will host a series of pop-up openings and tastings exclusive to their Refuge Society Club members.
