Attention job seekers! Come out Wednesday morning for Camden County's semi-annual job fair, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Scottish Rite Ballroom, and bring some resumes.
More than 100 employers and more than a dozen service agencies are seeking help. There will also be veterans services workers, resume-writing assistance, and interview coaches.
“We know many of our residents are having a tough time finding jobs. And we are determined to help them every way we can,” said Camden County Freeholder Director (and Collingswood resident), Louis Cappelli Jr. in a release from the county.
According to the county, turnout will be significant; at the spring job fair, more than 2,000 job-seekers showed up.
Along with the Freeholder Board and One-Stop Resource Center, event sponsors include the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development, Camden County Workforce Investment Board, Camden County College and the Camden County Improvement Authority.
