I am not really sure why people do this. I am also not sure why this is a big crime. He didn't touch the child or anything. Merely exposing a penis, which can be seen by any child on any computer that has internet, just doesn't strike me as that big a deal. Sure, a fine or something, but how is this a "crime" that needs to take up valuable court time?

What is "lewdness" anyway, and who determines this? The Bible? People wear bathing suits on the beach that I consider lewd but it isn't criminal. Why are we so hung up on genitalia? In any event, if I buy the lewdness charge, I don't buy the endangering the welfare of a child charge. What the hell is that? I can think of a whole lot of "legal" things that are far more endangering to a child's welfare than seeing a penis.

My guess is that "if" the guy actually exposed himself "and" the girl showed any interest we might be reading an entirely different story. But in America, the man is innocent until or unless "proven" guilty. We should hold up on the nasty comments and snide remarks until the whole story is known. Being arrested does not equal being guilty.

He is a calm, helpful, supportive, and down-to-earth guy. With my relationship to Mr. Gross, he has done nothing but help me and my fellow students to succeed. I find it REALLY hard to believe these allegations are true. He is innocent until proven guilty. Also, who knows? Maybe his pants fell, and some child made it out to be a huge deal? Jules Gross is NOT the person to do this.

Jules Gross would never, ever do what he has been accused of. He is a good teacher, and decent family man. This is simply not true, and I hope he is innocent until proven guilty . . . which he is not!

First, he has to be proven guilty, BUT, is it me, or are a lot of the male commentors here think it's OK to expose their penises to children? By the way it IS WRONG! And it is against the Law. It is a big deal because if you think it's OK to do that to a child or a minor what else do you think is OK to do to a child? This isn't about what's on the Internet it's about a grown man (allegedly) showing his penis to a child? What's the next step from exposing themselves? A pediphile CANNOT be ''cured'' or ever trusted again. What's most DISTURBING is some people (especially the men) here think it's OK, no big deal. That is scary! My Mother always said, "You cannot believe a child or a drunken man". I do not know. I know that children can have unbeliveable imaginations. Also, sometimes a dream is so real we believe it actually happened. I would need much more information before passing judgement.

It is very sad indeed that so many people clearly demonstrate their lack of intelligence time and time again by slandering this man of mere "suspicions" and "accusations" that he 'may have' committed a crime. Please anyone ___tell me why you believe the unknown child is telling the truth??? And why you believe the accused man is lying??? Can you also tell me in what way or manner he allegedly "exposed himself to a child" Was he in the man's room when a young boy or girl walked in? Was he taking a leak behind a building when a girl walked around a corner??? Was he in a dressing room trying on clothing when a child walked in on him?? Truth is YOU don't know __yet you find him guilty. Thank God we have trials and juries to hear the "Evidence" presented to them.

There are plenty of reasons why this child could be lying, or mistaken, like that's never happened before? Teenagers lie to get attention all- the- time. Maybe the girl is being abused in her own home, you don't know.
Stop passing judgement on this man, who has had an excellent record as a teacher for decades. This isn't some creepy guy who looks at you funny when you walk past him. This is a guy who is a great father, husband, son, brother, friend and neighbor. Possibly, in the wrong place at the wrong time.

What happened to INNOCNT UNTIL PROVN GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW??? As usual the press has already made him guilty, and the people are running away with it. There could be reasons for that. The student could have a grudge,and want to get even. At my local high school we had that very thing happen to a well respected teacher, and by the time it was found out that the student lied the damage was already done.Lets not jump the gun here. He IS innocent until proven guilty.

Having gone to high school with Jules, I find it difficult to believe the accusations. And so far, that's all they are... accusations. Let the process run it's course, and we'll find out if they are true or not.

The teacher simply needs a good defense lawyer. Since this happened in the automotive department, the attorney will help people realize that the child may have mistaken an exhaust pipe or a radiator hose for the man's pee pee.

This country really has gone downhill. Between the people calling for him to be thrown in prison for decades or have his penis cut off without a trial and the people trying to justify indecent exposure I REALLY hope people from other countries reading these posts don't believe all Americans think this way. I would suspect that this will end either one of two ways, if more kids come out of the brush to say he did the same to them, the press will print them all ad nuaseum, but if it proves unconfirmed and he is found innocent, or charges dropped, it might warrant a one sentence report buried in the back pages. Bottom line, newpapers love weinie wagglers, especially if they are a person in authority but they dont report with the same exposure the ones proven unreliable. It's interesting how many assumptions are made based on such little and vague information that was provided. All this article consists of is merely a few sentences of preliminary information. Going back to assumptions, a few people have suggested that it was a female he exposed himself to, however there's no mention of the child's gender anywhere in the article.

Here's something to think about though...anyone familiar with those FWD e-mails of the "People of Walmart?" If you've seen those pictures then you might be wondering the same thing as me right now...did they get picked up and accused of lewd acts or indecent exposure too?

Regardless of whether or not these allegations are true (and I firmly believe that they are not true- but that's besides the point), what does not make this okay is the amount of "proof" his high schoolers are 'offering' in regards to Mr. Gross' behaviors towards them. Because of the media, they firmly believe that he is guilty of this behavior and are not spreading rumors that will taint his reputation. Furthermore, as a teacher, this sort of scandal will most likely ruin his career, even if he is found innocent. I hope that he sues to the fullest extent of the law for such an allegation that will ruin his career.

This sort of media is damaging as well as mentally scarring for not only him, but his family as well. There is no proof offered in the article and despite the news sources being cited as "credible", there is no evidence found anywhere in those articles. The media should not be so quick to print articles such as this, as this is private affairs and should not be made to be publicized.

I believe all accusations should remain private and off of the cherry hill police website until a person is found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. This website and their Facebook page have ruined lives and slandered good names of people . Is there anyway to put a stop to this media. It's cruel and unfair !!!
