Alleged Gym Car Burglars Sought by Police

Two women are breaking into cars, stealing credit cards and buying gift cards at stores in the area, according to Cherry Hill Police.

Two women have been on a car burglary spree in the township, targeting cars parked at a gym on Route 70 in recent days, Cherry Hill Police said.

The women have prowled through the lot at Future Fitness several times in the last week, police said, breaking into cars where they spot pocketbooks out on a seat and taking off after the burglaries.

Credit cards stolen from those pocketbooks have been used to purchase gift cards at various convenience stores and pharmacies in Camden and Burlington counties, police said, which led to surveillance cameras capturing pictures of the pair.
